Calling the Dispatcher: Keep It Snappy
When you call, be brief. We need 3 things:
- Where you are (Business name is fine; if it is a house, give the address).
- Where you are going (so we can plan the route).
- How many people (so we know if you need a van).
That’s it. No stories. No riddles. Just facts.
Rates and Pricing: No Surges, No Surprises
We charge flat zone rates. Ask for the price — we will tell you. If it sounds high and you know someone cheaper, call them. No hard feelings.
Our price will not change later — same rate going downtown or coming back to the beach.
We do charge:
- $2 per extra passenger
- $1 per extra stop
- $0.50/minute wait time
- $10 credit card minimum (or hit an ATM — we do not mind)
Tipping is appreciated. Cash makes life easier.
Pro Tips for Not Missing Your Ride
- Call from your own phone.
- Stay in one spot. (No wandering. You are not an Easter Egg.)
- Be in a safe, visible location.
- Answer when we call. If you ghost us, we ghost you.
If you book a time call (like for airport runs), be ready at that time. We like a heads-up for early rides, especially when you need to catch a flight.
A Few Final Things
- We do not do pickups at Jacksonville Airport — but we will drop you off.
- Some areas require prepayment (looking at you, prank callers).
